About CHACH
Viola "Chach" Briseño began her career in San Francisco. She was a cook at the famed Stars Restaurant working with Jeremiah Tower before moving to Provincetown. After working at some of Provincetown's best restaurants, she and her partner Sharon Bowes opened CHACH in 2005.

Great breakfast restaurant in Provincetown, located on Shank Painter road. Think classic diner with many great breakfast options. They have eggs, benedicts, pancakes, french toast, huevos rancheros, and more. There’s a large dining area, and also a decent size counter with stools. Check out their menu, you will definitely find plenty of delicious items. We both had eggs benedict’s, and were served beautifully cooked and tasty eggs on Portuguese sweet bread. The hollandaise sauce was so delicious. With a side of hash browns, the red skin potatoes had a nice paprika flavor. Coffee refills were non stop, and the friendly service was appreciated.

Really, one of the best eggs Benedict I ever had! … Not only is the eggs Benedict fantastic ( we had the tenderloin, the salmon and the cod cake / with the sweet rolls, but the French toast was amazing, and the side of buttermilk potato salad!! I don’t think you can get a bad breakfast here!! And a bonus… the staff was fantastic, and if you have any questions ask they won’t steer you wrong!! Bravo Chach!!! Such great food and service at this time-tested, chef-owned diner-esque gem adorned with art from local painters, frequently filled with local diners. An ‘elevated homestyle’, eminently craveworthy, deliciously varied scratch menu, breakfast/lunch/sweets/bar. Healthy options and cheat-day treats are beautifully prepared and equally delicious. MY All-Time Faves: The Benedicts (4 kinds on menu, frequent additions on an everchanging special board) are sublime- perrrrrfectly poached eggs and lemonyvelvet Hollandaise. Mexican Specialties.
